Myles Wade is Back with a Vengeance!!
Remember this guy?? This is a work out of 6'2.5", 318 pound, Myles Wade of Portland, Oregon at a work out he was getting in at Cross Fit Hel Gym in Portland. Myles is Rated #2 at the DT position for Junior College football in 2008 and he is in the FAB 50 Juco Rating. Myles will have his 2 year Associates Degree and have 3 years of eligibility left upon graduating in 2009.

Brian Derby's Offensive Linemen Camp Oregon 2008 is On!
2008 Derby Camp Coming in July: 21st to the 25th, 2008
Hello Oregon Derby Campers!
We are Back: Registration is Open: Click Here to Register
When: July 21st to July 24th, 2008
Where: Five Oaks Middle School: Beaverton, Oregon: Just off US 26 West of Portland
Check our Locations Section for a MAP.
Sessions: Youth Session: 8:45 Am to 11 AM Daily
High School/Collegiate: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Cost: $95.00 per Camper: Team Rate $85.00 (for teams bringng 5 or more)
Features: Head Coach Brian Derby will be back with 3 top Coaches from Hawaii. Joining us will be Coaches from Linfield, Portland State University, Western Oregon University, and more...plus standout Position Coaches from Around Oregon.
Also Featuring A SPARQ Official Testing Event: Special Key Note Speakers: Recruiting Information, Interviews with Top National Reporters, and a fun filled Camp Luau!
Camp T-Shirts Include with your fee.

My name is Mark Mclaughlin and I own and operate Performance Training
